Route quality matters more than a clean speed test.
Boosteroid sessions can be sensitive to route latency, jitter, UDP behavior, VPN tunnels, browser state and local macOS background work.
What to check first
- Try a nearby Boosteroid region if the route is high latency.
- Compare browser and app behavior if both are available.
- Disable VPN while testing or exclude Boosteroid from the VPN path.
- Use Ethernet when possible for competitive games.
- Pause background sync and backup apps before the session.
